All users undergo full KYC before any trade activity: PAN verification, government photo ID + liveness check, and bank account penny-drop with name-match.
Users with ₹10L+ monthly volume, high-risk jurisdictions, PEP status, or AML-engine flags undergo enhanced manual review by our compliance team.
Real-time monitoring of all trades. Velocity alerts, structuring pattern detection, unusual rate deviation, and cross-account UPI reuse are all auto-flagged.
Suspicious transactions are reported to FIU-IND within the prescribed timelines under PMLA Section 12AA. Zero tolerance for any transaction suspected of financing terrorism (CTR).
